More Player Movement

Congrats to Texas Rangers' pitcher Aaron Poreda for putting a stamp on his comeback. Not only has he been called up back to the big leagues, he pitched in last nights win over the White Sox. Poreda had Tommy John surgery in 2012 and missed all of 2013. Read more HERE.

Ike Davis has been traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Davis has struggled through injuries and slumps over the last two seasons. When he lost the 1B job in New York it was not a good fit for him anymore. Hopefully this will give him some more playing time. It will also mean more time for Josh Satin who remains on the Mets roster and can play virtually the whole infield. Read more about the trade HERE.
